Seller does not understand what estimated delivery dates mean. I paid on the 22nd Feb and est was 26th/28th but on the 27th it still was not dispatched. When I messaged her she claimed she was going to send it that day but even if she had Evri takes up to 4 days to deliver so it would have been still late but seller fails to understand. She claims ebay said to dispatch on the 27th which makes no sense when estimated was the 26th. I cancelled the order as it was too late for my daughters Art work

Buyer does not understand the concept of 3 working days. All my auctions are set with the postage time of 3 working days. Buyer paid on Thursday leaving me until Tuesday to post the item. Messaged on the Tuesday asking for the order to be cancelled. Also accused me of photo shopping evidence to to prove I was still in the agreed delivery period.

I paid on the 22nd at 12.48am so seller had 7 days to dispatch and she should have sent it on Monday the 26th to have any chance of reaching me on the 28th. When I checked on the 27th it still was not dispatched so I messaged the seller to cancel it as it would not arrive in time. She claimed she was going to send it that day. Even if she had it still would not have arrived till at least the 2nd March which is 3 days late!!! Seems once she has your money she is not bothered about sending on time
