Dress arrived with an obvious rip,not mentioned in the listing, not noticeable in the seller s pics.seller was adamant that is normal for a second hand item and didn't even apologise.not a good communication. for the price, which was on the higher end for this type of dress,was expecting better customer service, some flexibility and more polite communication.

This buyer tried several times to offer a lower bid for the item and was refused. Eventually item was reduced by £5. Buyer tried to pressure me into accepting item had a flaw. The flaw was a couple of stitches out of place shown in the pics. She kept mentioning the item was at a higher price, don’t know what her comparisons were. Not a pleasant buyer. I nearly gave in to giving her a partial refund when I came across her feedback. I asked her to return the item for a full refund but she hasn’t.

Seller was prompt in posting and kept me updated. I got a picture of the addressed envelope which proved to be useful as the item didn’t arrive as it should have. After two weeks I went to the Royal Mail sorting office to query it and it was just sitting there!! The staff could not explain why it had not been delivered, there was not a problem with the item itself so it was not the sellers fault. That’s Royal Mail for you!!!
