Item arrived and was not as described … item was not in the packaging as described and it appeared it was used. Sent item back!

Seller sent another item which was in a packaging however when I opened the eye mask it had a burnt hole in it therefore the heat beads where everywhere. This tells me that both items meaning the first item and the second item was both used! I would not buy again from this seller! This item is a item for eyes - who knows what infections you may get!
