So not to be too harsh! It was sent in A tesco carrier bag with no packaging and wrapped in card board then crushed by courier..so it ended with tree in as nearly as many parts before it was built. I have checked it all there is no damage to parts.please try to remember packaging is how it gets there safe.thanks
