    Purchased a phone from the seller almost 2 months ago that never arrived. The Tracking is an Error page. Contacted the seller and only received a Tracking update with the same old delivery date, Contacted the seller again but no response. Over $ 200.- are gone. Unfortunately 30 days are past and I will most likely not see my money again. Very disappointing! Would have never thought you can lose your money so easy at ebay! Never again!!

    The shipment was made on January 20, 2024, the code was correctly sent to the customer immediately. I still have the receipt in my possession which certifies the shipment. It does not depend on us if there are delays or problems with customs. We only aim to send the item as soon as possible. I'm sorry about what happened.
