Packaging was ridiculous: Smashed up, full of gaping holes, no protection for product & filthy! Seller blamed DPD but they didn't paclkage it! Item arrived damaged and very unclean, with temp pads sticking out from the inside, crumbling. I proved all of this by sending the seller photos and requesting advice/answers. I politely explained the many issues found with what was potentially a faulty item but the seller completely ignored me and all of my messages since the day the item arrived.

HiOnce packages are sent through DPD it is completely out of my control how you receive the package.If the item was damaged why did you not put in for a return? I would have been more then happy to accept a return if it was not working properly. The questions you asked me I had no idea how to respond to appropriately as they were too complicated for me to even understand I am NOT a gamer nor were these previously used for gaming purposes.Please put in a return for this item.RegardsJoseph
