The item was dispatched quickly, and well packaged. There was a small issue caused by shipping and unavoidable for the seller (an internal electrical connector was shaken loose), but the seller responded to messages immediately and was able to reassure me that the fault had not been present when tested before dispatch, and were very willing to offer a refund if it couldn't be fixed. It was a very easy fix and they were very helpful in sorting it! Great seller behaviour!
