Good communication and quick response to enquiries. The filters themselves are identical to Hiflo and I very much suspect came off the same production line in Taiwan. See if you can tell which is which in the photos. I bought four and paid just £32 Vs Hiflo at £80-£100. Why pay more for a pretty box??
