The dressing gown appeared to be new, as described and the colour attractive. Delivery was slow, but that was probably due to the Easter weekend getting in the way. It was described as 'long', which I had assumed to mean full-length, but it was so long that I had to pay someone to have it shortened. Otherwise I would have tripped over it had I attempted to wear it as it was! This added significantly to the cost, so had I realised in advance I would probably not have purchased it.
