Item did arrive with damaged packaging, which the post lady did apologise for. However, when packing items please use a box rather than wrapping in a tiny amount of bubble wrap, because the postage cost is the same for small items. Check out w w w.personal.help.royalmail.com under sizes and weights. Item however survived the transport and works perfectly, thank you very much, so the seller is still A+++
