    A very versitile, good quality tripod and well worth the money secondhand.

    This tripod is just so quick and easy to adjust with the one hand levers. I have to say far better than anything else on the market. I'm suprised more manufactures haven't tried to copy this unique design. It's very well made and great quality. As for value for money, well it's sure not a cheap tripod, but you'll only need to buy this the once. If looked after will last you forever. Although this tripod isn't a lightweight, coming in at approx. 2kg, it's easy to carry with it's built-in carry strap. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I feel it was well worth the money paid secondhand on Ebay, but I don't think that I could justify the price new. If you like the best and want quality with versitility, then I would definately reccommend that you add the Manfrotto 458B Neotec tripod to ...

    Very Fast and Stable

    Very stable and fast. The only thing that worries me that I have two and one came a bit rough (it was used) and I ended up disassembling it which you are not supposed to do in order to make it work more smoothly.

    A Great Tripod a bit pricey but useful for all photography.

    I have recently bought this Manfrotto Neotec Tripod and love it! It has great stability and comes quite compact for the strength it has. It comes with a very useful carrying strap and I bought it for the brilliant price of £200 new! At its normal price it seems a little over expensive but once you begin using it you never stop - the legs come out easily, no fiddling round with clasps!

    Very good indeed! But not perfect...

    This is a very quick tripod to extend and retract. From that point of view it's excellent. However this is the second one I've had because on my original 458B one of the leg mechanisms jammed (and a new one is several hundred pounds!).
