absolute nightmare - arrived badly packed in a plastic bags - item box was damaged with rattling contents - seller avoids all resolutions need to rely upon Ebay to protect buyers

Dear buyer, I asked you to submitted evidence to show any damage, but all the pictures you submitted didn't show any sign of damages, and there's no proof regarding "rattling content" whatsoever, I'm just a private seller, you can't just change you mind and demand a return without any proper evidence. If the item is genuinely damage, I'm happy for a refund, but so far you haven't provide ANY evidence. I think you are just abusing the ebay return policy.

Evidence was sent in the form of Photo's - which clearly showed extensive damage as the electronic item was only sent in a plastic bag i.e. no packaging damage should have been expected. I was happy with a refund or replacement item - never experience such an issue with a return for a fault
