I wanted the smallest elephant in the set. Tiny, right? Apparently I was supposed to know that "Pat Murray" describes the smallest one as "miniscule." When I asked to return (I needed #5, not #4) he refused. He argued with me saying I had bought the wrong one and he shouldn't be "out of pocket" for my mistake. Said I was "a Collector/Seller and should have known." The item was described accurately as per the Pat Murry's Wade book as 'Tiny'. The buyer really wanted the 'Miniature' one (their mistake). Also I gave a 20% discount. I offered to refund the price of the piece in full even though it wasn't mis-sold but they declined as they wanted me to cover the postage as well? I am happy to answer any questions if buyers are unsure. Please read all my other feedback comments as they give a better representation of me.
