    A Good Toning & Stretching Workout

    I like to incorporate a resistance band into my Pilates practice. This DVD fits into my workout regimen nicely. It's 40 minutes long and has 1 individual doing modified movements if needed. The routine moves at a steady pace without being rushed. I like to use this workout in-between the days I do higher impact cardio as it works well for toning and stretching.
