They did not tell us when the parcel was arriving and would not allow us to ask for them to put it in a safe place. We waited in all day, apparently they attempted to deliver at 4.50, we were in and didn't hear them, he said he knocked, but we have a doorbell which he didn't bother to use. We were not told about when today, no allowance to leave it in a safe place. So, we had to wait for another whole day. Delivery was made at about 3.40 this afternoon!
