Looks like they tried to ship it in a paper bag mailer but it couldn't fit so they put both the paper mailer and the product in a box with the adhesive stuck to the product. It was crushed in transit, but the item was undamaged and still usable. Item was used as advertised and showed wear on the outer panel.
