    Wrong item sent by seller. Contacted seller with picture of item next to ruler. Seller replied that the item in the picture was not the item that was sent. I took another picture of item, packing and label with tracking #. Seller did not reply. Asked eBay for help. I need to do everything to fix the mistake of the seller before I can get a refund. I need to print label, package, take to post office, mail item and send tracking # to seller. A lot of work for me - for seller mistake.
