Looks it was not delivered to my door as much as drop kicked up the drive. Assembly instructions are incorrect, tools required are wrong and the assembly of the front axle would have you mount it back to front so it wouldn't steer properly. All that said, now it's together correctly its absolutely fine and exactly what I wanted.
