It went out in a timely manner, but sellers have no control over the PO so I try not to judge too harshly when it comes to shipping speed, though the price of shipping this particular item was definitely on the high side and normally not something i would pay, but I felt the lower price of the item itself sorta helped to even out the cost of shipping. All in all I’m very happy!

I sent photos to the seller and asked for a resolution, seller claimed “I do not agree with your description of the item’s condition.” AFTER I sent several photos of evidence of the damage. I offered to return the bag but the seller didn’t want it back and instead issued a refund, because it was damaged when they sold it to me. Shady seller, would not recommend.
