SECTION 5 - FAULTY WATCHES
Once delivered, you must inspect the goods as soon as reasonably practicable, and inform us immediately, if they are faulty, or the goods are not as described. Should this be the case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. For more information on our returns policy, please see our Refund Policy.
SECTION 6 - WARRANTY
We shall provide Customers with an extended warranty ("The Time Rediscovered Guarantee") under certain conditions. The Time Rediscovered Guarantee will apply from the purchase date for a period of 12 months and refers solely to watches.
Our guarantee covers:
Repair of the watch by an expert. Under the Guarantee the hours worked by the watchmaker are borne by us. Replacement parts that have to be procured for the repair work are invoiced to Customer.
The Customer will be informed in writing of the replacement part costs prior to procurement and such costs shall be confirmed by Customer prior to procurement.
Any claim under the Time Rediscovered Guarantee must be communicated by the Customer in writing by e-mail or mail.
The issue in question must be described by the Customer in this written communication to Time Rediscovered. We shall then arrange for the watch to be collected from the Customer. If the conditions for a claim under the Time Rediscovered Guarantee are not met, the Customer shall be notified of this stating the reasons.
Exclusions:
Removal of damage deliberately caused by Customer;
Damage related to water damage;
Watch straps, glass, crowns and all parts subject to wear and tear as well as any damage not caused by natural or normal wear and tear shall be excluded from the Guarantee.
Costs for any material and replacement parts needed related to these parts shall be borne by the Customer. The Customer shall be notified of the estimated material and replacement part costs before the repairs are carried out and the Customer can decide whether the repairs are to be carried out.
We shall only carry out repairs that can be fixed by our own watchmaker. Repairs carried out by the manufacturer are excluded from the Guarantee. There is no obligation for performance under the Guarantee, if the replacement part cannot be demonstrably obtained outside our responsibility or the manufacturer does not deliver the replacement part.
We shall not be required to provide any services under the Guarantee, if the provision of such services is not possible.
Under the Time Rediscovered Guarantee, transportation costs, including full insurance of the watch whilst in transit shall be borne by the Customer. We shall have the watch picked up from the Customer and returned to the Customer after the service. It shall be shipped fully insured. The associated costs shall be borne by the Customer.
We shall not assume any liability outside the statutory warranty for defects identified in the partial inspection.
The Guarantee issued by Time Rediscovered shall only apply to the person who purchased the watch at Time Rediscovered. It may not be transferred to other persons. The Guarantee shall expire on a resale by the purchaser.
The Customer has to provide proof that the goods delivered are actually the goods acquired at Time Rediscovered. Goods sent in error will be returned immediately.
SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 8 - DELIVERY
Currently, we cannot deliver Goods to any of the following countries: Afghanistan; Angola; Cuba; Ethiopia; Indonesia; Iran; Iraq; Lebanon; Liberia; Libya, Myanmar/Burma; Nicaragua; Nigeria; North Korea; Pakistan, Rwanda; Sierra Leone; Somalia; Sudan; Syria; Uganda; Zimbabwe; and countries comprised by the former territories of USSR or the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and/or the Republic of Serbia.
If Goods are to be dispatched to a destination outside the UK, we will endeavor to arrange suitable postage and insurance to send your goods to you. If you wish to get an estimated time and cost please contact us at support@timerediscovered.com before placing your order.
A signature by an Adult, aged 18 years or over, is needed for receipt of all goods, at the delivery address, whether it’s yourself or a member of your household. Any parcel that has been tampered with, or shows signs of damage, should not be signed for and delivery refused.
SECTION 10 - DUTIES
If your chosen delivery address is outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties or other charges, levied by national authorities, when your goods enter their country of destination. These are entirely your responsibility.
