    Item described as new without tags. It definitely wasn’t new and smelt musty. Arrived in a crumpled, unironed condition. Contacted seller and mentioned I wasn’t happy - offered £10 for dry cleaning which I declined but I had already been sent this amount. Very very unhappy that I wasn’t offered a refund (was told to give the item a ‘gentle wash ‘ Shouldn’t be calling items new when they are definitely not and charging brand new prices for them. Avoid !
