    it does not pick up powder at all, Useless!

    I'm not sure if it is because the synthetic bristles are too thick and smooth that makes this brush not being able to pick up any powder at all... I have a $1 contour brush from elf that works great, so I'm not against elf brushes at all, just this particular $6 powder brush that's completely USELESS.
