    The first NES I got was, unfortunately, defective, although to be fair, it did look like it had probably been damaged during shipping. Resolving the issue was super easy. Big credit to the seller for responding to my messages immediately, sending me a replacement unit (which worked great), and sending me a label to send back the defective unit.
