      This adapter allows you to connect a mobile phone to your Mercedes audio system with bluetooth Hands-Free Protocol, provided your vehicle has the necessary prewiring installed. It is an excellent device which offers very clear sound and reliable phone calls (tested using iPhone SE in Mercedes W211 E-Class). Using an iPhone, it also effectively gives you Siri integration into your car (as Siri works through HFP). I am thoroughly enjoying this product and now use it only a daily basis.

      Best choice but limited

      I bought a different product which promised more but it didn't work properly and only operated when selecting Autochanger on the COMAND, also it did not operate from the steering wheel. So I returned it and bought this instead. Now the phone operates perfectly, handsfree answering and calling and it's live as soon as the car is opened, very easy to pair. For music I use my phone on a dashboard holder and a lead to the AUX socket. Very happy with this whole arrangement. .

      Good product for hands free calling

      The product works well and the set up was easy. The address book from my phone loaded in I now have hands free for my car. Bluetooth connects as soon as you enter the car.

      hands free for Mercedes

      just fitted into the factory installed cradle in my armrest,someone must of removed the original.easy to pair with the supplied code,now my phone automatically connects,as you get in car,all tne phonebook,contacts etc are on the command screen,and can use steering controls to answer ,prop a bit exspensive ,most were more than this one but works great

      Good unit.

      Very easy to use. You do need a pin code to pair with your phone. This appears to be the same one for all units as I just looked it up on the internet. One word of caution, this won't allow you to use any other functions available on your phone through the car's command system. Eg. you can't play Spotify etc. through the car's stereo. To be fair, it didn't claim to be able to do so, but just in case people thought that it was like carplay. It simply links the call function and contacts to the car's phone system.
