    This was a terrible experience. They sent me the wrong item. Then for the return they didn’t send me a pick up label but a drop off. I had to go to the post office to ship it. They also sent me the wrong barcode, I had to pay for another envelope about $2 because they didn’t accept the priority envelope that it was sent in. This is ridiculous. Terrible service. I’ll never shop from this person. I will file a complaint against them on Ebay. So disrespectful.

    I like this item. but it has a minor flaw. The volume control wheel does not smoothly adjust the volume. It jumps around like the control itself is dirty or poorly made. I normally leave it at full volume so not a big deal but it should be better. The sound is very good after downloading software to adjust equalization. I do enjoy playing games with it which is what really matters. I don't use the microphone, so I like that it unplugs.

    Lightweight, good sound and two things to improve.

    I really like it, its a good product and very light compared to others. I guess it would be better if it could have bluetooth to connect to cell phones and if it had a light on the mic just to know if you are mute or not, but appart from that it has great quality.
