It was listed as new other no a hopel look at the pictures it was covered in stains, drinks spills etc all down inside the case front and back covered in greasy marks.     Great way to exercise

    This is a well designed game. It has clear instruction all the way through, and on screen prompts which can really help with positioning. It has a 30 day program that will be picked on your age, weight etc. Or you can just go ahead and make up your own routine. All in all it works well and you will feel that you have exercised, (that's of course if you put in the effort.) I would recommend this game to anyone who justs want to be more active and get fit in the process.

    Great work game!

    Definitely, a good workout game if followed correctly with a steady diet and lifestyle you defiantly can lose some lbs and keep track of your progress. You can also use your own residence bands with different torque.

    Not so good

    The CD its self is ok but the strap isn't good as it ripped on first use and the resistance band ripped too. So had to order another set of somewhere else. So overall I wasn't happy with it.
