I paid the fee and respectfully asked for a refund, she said she would leave it up to me to sort out, I reminded her it was her responsibility. She wouldn't pay except through my bank and she kept asking for my bank details which is against eBay's rules. eBay had to intervene and reprimand her and they gave me a full refund because of all the trouble she caused me. She didn't even apologise. Awful.
