    The item I ordered was listed as "Open box, New Condition" but the one I received had a tag on it "Used-New Condition". It was obvious it had been used with scratches on the front and back and spots on the front screen. I have purchased many open box items before that where in new condition. I can only blame the seller for intentionally not being honest in their description of the item. I am returning and expect a full refund.

    Build: Sturdy. Will protect your ipad from drops Fit: Fits well. Tight fit on all 4 sides Buttons: Super convenient to use Cameras: Well protected with huge bumper Stand: Has 3 angles. Good for watching and writing. Cost: Not the cheapest, but good value for money Screenguard: Doesn't come in the way of the screen guard (Atleast for the one I am using) Pencil holder: Has a secure pencil holder. There is no way your pencil will fall off from it

    OK product . Lousy support.

    The product is good but the assembly was difficult. There is absolutely ZERO support other than reference to a Youtube video which was completely unhelpful. I reached out to the manufacturer but they could not provide me with a link to either written instructions or any other video than the one provided. I'd really recommend buying from a different manufacturer. There are other providers of similar ipad protective case products.I'd seriously suggest trying one of them before ever buying anything from Supcase.
