It had been inspected prior to shipment. Anything needing servicing seem to have been pre-done. Shipping cost were very reasonable.       The two HO engines I purchased were as advertised. Packaging was good. What I was most impressed with this seller is their responsiveness to emails. The shipper was not updating tracking info and I thought the package was lost or stolen. I contacted the seller. I received a reply with in a couple hours. They were very helpful. Items being as advertised is to be expected. Responsive help after shipping is a definite plus.
