    I’ve used eBay for 11 years with hundreds of transactions, and this was by far the worst. The seller is a scammer—after I found undisclosed defects in requested pre-shipment photos, I asked to cancel. They stalled until the return window expired, lying that they had canceled but eBay was “processing,” then shipped the item. Thinking I’m a foreigner who wouldn’t know, they tried to dump trash on me. Thanks to eBay, I got a refund, but I learned there are exceptions to honest sellers.
