    how long will chargeability last? It is advertised as BRAND NEW.

    Charges up well but bought to replace another with what I suppose is date of manufacture i.e.2018. The one you sent me has 2019 on it so I hope it won't be equally failing in a few months time.

    Ryobi battery, from the old to the new type.

    I am just a DIY person with numerous Ryobi tools. I find the 2Ah battery is now just right in size and weight for me when attached to the tools. It lasts a fair time when in use and doesn't make the drills heavy and bulky when in confined spaces and the power does't diminish/tail off over use/time. I have access to the old type big yellow batteries that are large and bulky but I must say the smaller, lighter batteries are more usable.

    5.0Ah 18 volt rechargeable battery

    Brought this battery to replace old ryobi one. Was packed well and works just as good as ryobi one does feel a bit lighter, have recharged it a few times and all good. Postage was a bit slow from royal mail.
