And although it arrived just within the delivery time quoted, it was 2 weeks before it was despatched, when I asked the supplier if it was on its way, the response was curt and with attitude; customer service not a high priority. I wasn't bothered how long it took, I just wanted to know if it was on its way, I'll choose a different supplier next time.
