I sent them photographic proof of this. They did not want to refund my money even though they knew they were in the wrong. I had to get eBay involved

    This cream keeps your face feeling smooth. Haven't had rough or dry spots since I started using it about 15 years ago. Also, put it on my neck and I don't have the crepeiness like some older people do. Haven't had blackheads since starting the use of this cream all those years ago!
