    This is a great pad for the price. My only gripe so far lies with the shoulder pads. They are very unresponsive compared to the other 6 pads. Even as a 6 pad device, it would still be worth what I paid. I use this casually to make loops, and it's good for that. The sound quality is awesome and the 6 main pads are perfectly responsive. The kickpad seems like a must have option so I'll most likely be getting that as well.

    This thing rocks right out of the box

    This thing rocks right out of the box. Some minor modifications with uodating software is necessary. But i plugged into my amp that my drum mics feed into, and with a little tweaking had some basic sounds right off the bat. It just expands from there with the samples to download and the expandable SD card slot. It is not a Roland, but for the money, it is great!

    love the right out of the box play

    great little pad with eight strike zones which means you have a 5 piece set with 2 cymbles and high hat. just want to get pedals now for the kick and high hat.
