Carlson portrays a good guy who shares an open-minded mindset. His fiancee, Barbara Rush, witness an Interstellar spacecraft crash into a mountain outside of town. Carlson rushes to investigate with Rush. The aliens must survive to repair their craft. But, there's a problem.     I saw this movie on TCM a few years back and before that I hadn't been a big 50s sci-fi fan well this movie changed all that!! This movie is great right up there with The Day The Earth Stood Still, Forbidden Planet, and The Creation of the Humanoids.
