Its apparently reconditioned, but it looks new. Functions great, battery life seems great. Wheelchair was as described. packaged well. Really really recommend this company from what ive seen of them. Will definitely order from them again in future. 10/10 so far. Thank you for giving me some independence back. I went outside alone for the first time in months today
