Only downside was the import charges, which are now highlighted by seller on ebay for this item. So, beware of these charges, but no fault of seller, as charges are standard for Japanese imports. Site states shipping cost of $0.00, but import charges (FedEx) were £242 in this case for a relatively small parcel. Bought adapter for £7.50 as advised by seller. Price still cheaper than UK..

The Cd was packaged with great care ( double bubble wrapped with a plastic protective envelope ) I was surprised to receive this package earlier than expected (4days earlier) considering the distance between us. This is a good business & is highly recommend. The first time I ordered, there was an accidental mixup and the wrong plushes were sent (Sanei 2024 Sonic and Shadow instead of the Generations prize plushes). However, we were able to work out an agreement to a partial refund so that neither side would need to deal with the cost/hassle of an international return. I also reordered, and the correct plushes were sent this time. All plushes were in brand new condition as described. Thank you.
