The kit quickly shipped, but USPS had delivery delay, or tracking issue. Azbunslinger was on top opf the issue with USPS and the package was delivered the next day!!! Light kit was packaged well and delivered in perfect condition. Azbunslinger emailed me to insure all was well after delivery. It doesn't work properly. I received it on Saturday tried to setup on Sunday and it was a dude. Definitely a used item sold as new. It was listed as new, I sent a message to confirm that it was new. YOU INDEED RECEIVED A BRAND NEW FLUVAL. many wholesalers/retailers now inspect items prior to shipping to combat the increasing return fraud problem. The sand you mentioned is Fluval Ceramic Ring sediment found in nearly all Fluvals. You never set it up so how would you know if it doesn't work? Worked perfect when we got it back from you and replaced the broken lid nuts you snapped off. EBAY LET YOU SLIP THRU THE CRACKS BUT WE BOTH KNOW YOUR A FRAUD!!!
