        Brought because the walker had a phone as many don’t get sold with a phone. but unfortunately didn’t come with a phone, apparently fell out in transit. Pulling a fast one I’m sure. Cba to return over a tenner it has gone to the charity shop and now I’ve had to buy another one from a trustworthy seller and it came as described!! Packaging was well packaged can’t see anything falling out. Just wanted what I paid for, for my 10 month old baby

        Phone was included a shown in photos and having CCTV in the shop we can see it was packed and posted with the item when it left us so either was lost i the post which is a genuine loss and these things occasionally happen or the buyer is trying it on ... same old story we get the blame regardless
