An excellent item, although a little heavier than a typical transfer board. It certainly makes it easier for me. Prompt delivery and well packed.

Was listed as perfect working condition, however when installed electrical wire sparked and didn't work. Inspection by electrician revealed wiring inside one rail was in bad condition, wiring on the other rail had previously been repaired, poorly. The damage could have occurred in transit however the opinion of both the electrician and the manufacturer was that it probably occurred before. Listing didn't mention prior repair. Have so far had to spend over £500 to try and get it working again.
