    At no point was it stated the MacBook would be an American keyboard - only the $ symbol no GBP, clearly been resprayed - badly, the shipping was poor and handled badly by parcel force. Overall, badly described with key details missing - AVOID. I would not recommend any one purchases from this seller. Attempted to contact them, their replies were generic and really unhelpful.

    The visual appearance and condition of the screen and body are much better than described, in fact I would say the laptop is in mint condition! Delivered exactly on time! Excellent packaging as well! Everything worked, including updating the OS and downloading apps which were quick and easy to instal. Battery level is excellent and holds a good amount of charge. Definately recommend this company. Five stars all the way!! Great value as well! Thank you!
