As an ebay’er since 2004, I’ve been accustomed to higher quality and more timely communication. Additionally, the item description did not outline the poor condition of the drawings frame. I also raised questions about the exorbitant shipping costs. Seller was FAST to ship and made every effort to ensure no damage happened in transit. Amazing item that I’m glad to have, but wish I had slightly better service.
