That's not the seller's fault, but the post office's. Otherwise, the product was as pictured. Many potentiometers were very loose, but they worked. This isn't a complaint, as it was a good price, and the seller was very accommodating! I'd be happy to order again :) To prevent this from happening again, perhaps they could offer premium shipping for an additional charge in the future.
