    Absolutely horrendous buying experience. Seller sets a cheap price then sends the incorrect item (unknown if deliberately). Then will wait as long as they can to respond when you raise a return. Their response is "we need photos of all sides of the packaging", this in my opinion is another stalling tactic deliberately designed to add unnecessary extra steps into the process. I suspect the next stage in the process will be a large fee for the return. Based on my experience seller is not genuine

    Give the body what it is designed for and it will thrive

    I believe in natural healing. Without plants , water, fruit, herbs, whatever meat a person can eat , we would not be alive. Since the Creator put this in place I have been learning more about it and it pays off to me.

    The index has the herbs and uses in the back. It would be more helpful if the conditions were i the back for quick reference. I love Barbra O'niel and her work/videos, but the book is not as easy to use as I had hoped. In the table of contents (more useful than index) the liver is the heart of the matter, as it should be.
