Water literally fell out of the soggy box, as well as ants. I went ahead and polished the letter openers and was able to salvage them; they had gotten rusty. The seller was in no way responsible for the issue yet insisted on giving me a partial return or offering for me to return the items. I said not to worry but nevertheless I received a partial refund.
