    Just Like New

    The shaver head is working just how you would expect, but i'ts early days still for you should be able to obtain 2 years sharp shaving before a new head is needed, so i shall see.

    Returns your shaver back to “as new”.

    There generally is no substitute for for the genuine article and this couldn’t be more true when replacing the blades on your Philips electric shaver. I replace the blades every 2 years as recommended and it’s only then I realise why I needed to. The shave time is halved and the finish is as good as a wet shave. I once tried a non genuine replacement blade set but they were worse than the worn out ones I was replacing. Unfortunately, Philips have now discontinued this line so I’ll need a new shaver in 2 years. That’ll be 8 years with the same shaver. I’ll miss it.

    The apparent decline of Phillips shaver blade quality

    Used Phillips shavers for many years but the quality of the replacement blades are not what they were despite buying direct from Phillips to the point that I gave up and bought a Brain razor ,time will tell if that was a good move.
