Where it’s located not positive if it was damaged while packaging or delivery process. I’ve decided to keep item and try and fix the arm. It’s still attached just not secured as it should be. Item very unique and was a good value. Item was described perfectly and was not damaged in picture.

Was not working correctly initially but opened it up, changed the belts and adjusted a couple of potentiometers, soldered 2 connections and it is fully working! Delivery and communication were great! Took a bit longer to confirm and receive tracking but it was shipped on time and arrived very quickly.
