Letters addressed to the seller, bank statements? Very odd. The incorrect plug was sent, when I questioned if the seller had the correct one his reply "send it back" I don't have time to be shopping parcels back to inconsiderate sellers. I'll take the loss on this and hope people read this so they know what to expect in future.
