        I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was terrible. The seller created a shipping label, but USPS never received the item. I tried to reach out to the seller a week later - no response. After 3 weeks, I had to open a case, which the seller also ignored. eBay had to step in and issue a refund. I understand issues can happen, but the seller’s complete ignorance and lack of communication were unacceptable. A month of lost time and got nothing...
