    I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I paid for the product in full over a month ago, but the seller shipped it using a COD (cash on delivery) service without my approval. When it arrived, I was asked to pay an additional fee that was more than half the cost of the item — completely unacceptable. I had no choice but to reject the delivery.
